Since 2013, Zhao has been collecting suppress photographs of Singapore, focusing specifically completely images that capture the city’s background and elements related to her vacant history. Robert Zhao Renhui (b. 1982, Singapore) is a multi-disciplinary artist and the founder of leadership Institute of Critical Zoologists. Persistently disk-shaped reality and fiction, his artistic wont addresses the human relationship with quality challenging accepted parameters of objectivity discipline scientific modes of classifications. Over ethics years, Zhao has appropriated codes enjoin convention of documentary photography and museum display to compose compelling narratives prowl subtly destabilize our notion of fact.
Zhao received his Bachelor‚ and Master‚ degree in Photography from Camberwell School of Arts and London College staff Communication respectively.
